She always lets you know when she's on her way. Her ETA is calculated automatically.
Approve the first row
After the first row, you approve a "before" photo, so the style is exactly what you asked for.
Take the approval photo, start braiding
She shares a "Style Approved" photo of the first row. Once it's approved, she braids on, and the photo protects her work.
Charged only when it's done
Rate her and add a tip if you like. 100% of the tip goes to her.

She swipes "Work done" and her earnings head to her e-wallet.

How much does it cost?
Prices depend on where you are. Download the app and choose your location to see the exact price of every style before you book. There is never a travel fee.
When is my card charged?
Your card is only held when you book. It is charged when your Braida marks the work as done. If she declines, the hold is released.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for free while your request is waiting for a Braida to accept. Once she accepts, the booking is final.
How do Braidas get paid?
Braidas keep 85% of their service price and 100% of their tips. Stripe pays out to their bank daily by default. There is no sign-up fee and no subscription.
Can I book for my kids?
Yes. Kids' styles are in the app, and an adult (18+) stays present for the whole appointment.
