How much does it cost?
Prices depend on where you are. Download the app and choose your location to see the exact price of every style before you book. There is no travel fee. Appointments running between 8 PM and 7 AM carry a 20% night surcharge for that part of the service.
When is my card charged?
Your card is held when you book and charged only when your braida marks the work as done.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for free while your request is pending. The hold is released (your bank may take 1 to 7 business days to show it). Once a braida accepts, the booking is final.
What if my braida cancels?
You get a full refund, or we help you find another braida right away.
What should I prepare at home?

Can I book for my kids?
Yes. Kids' styles are in the app, and an adult (18+) needs to be present for the whole appointment.
I'm not happy with the result. What now?
Report a problem in the app within 24 hours. The before and after photos taken during your appointment support your claim, and our team replies within 1 business day.
