How to book a braider

Cancel or change my booking

My Braida operates on immediate dispatch — Braidas come to you right away rather than on a scheduled appointment. Because of this, cancellations are only possible while your booking is still Pending.

Once your Braida has accepted, the booking is locked in. Please make sure your details are correct before confirming.

How payments work

When you book, your card is pre-authorized — a hold is placed on the amount, but you are not charged yet.

The actual charge happens only after your service is marked complete. If anything goes wrong before then, the hold is released automatically.

Tips are entirely optional and go 100% to your Braida — My Braida takes nothing from tips.

Track my braider

Once your booking is accepted, you can follow your Braida in real time. Here's how the status progresses:

Pending Coming Arrived In progress Completed

During the Coming phase, a live map shows your Braida's location. When the service is marked Completed, your card is charged and you'll be prompted to leave a review.

How to leave a review

Right after your service is completed, you'll be prompted to rate your Braida on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. You can add an optional comment and leave a tip at the same time.

Your honest feedback helps Braidas improve and helps other customers choose the right match.

Privacy and address sharing

Your home address is never shared with your Braida until a booking is confirmed — and even then, it's only used to navigate to you.

Live location works one way only: your Braida shares her position with you during transit — you never share your live position with her.

Once the appointment is complete, all location data from that session is cleared.

Delete my account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account Settings → Delete account.

Once you confirm, your account is immediately hidden and you're signed out. You then have a 30-day grace period to change your mind — just sign back in and cancel the deletion.

After 30 days, your personal information (name, email, phone, photo, address) is permanently anonymized. Past orders and payments are retained for tax and legal compliance, but they no longer identify you.
